Shipping
- Shipments will be sent USPS ground.
- International shipping does not include tracking information outside of the United States.
- Please note that delays can occur in customs and these delays are beyond our control.
- Be aware that unexplained delays can occur during the holiday season.
- Most orders will be processed and shipped within 7-10 business days (for original paintings and prints).
- For commissions: orders will be processed by PayPal within 7 days. Completing commissions will take 10 days before shipment (depending on the specifics of the commission order, the process may take longer).
- For commissions: you will be notified if there will be any delays on completing the commission.
- Email notification will be sent once your order ships, including tracking numbers.
